These terms govern your purchase and use of Perch (the "Software"), a desktop application for macOS and Windows that lets you run multiple Claude, Cursor, and Codex accounts side by side. By buying or using Perch, you agree to these terms.

Your license

Perch is sold as a one-time purchase. When you buy a license, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Perch on the number of computers shown at purchase (one computer per license by default).

What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software or your license key.
Share your license key publicly or with people outside your license.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software.

Provided "as is"

Perch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Perch runs locally on your Mac; you are responsible for keeping your accounts, credentials, and data secure.

Independence

Perch is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, or SpaceX. Claude, Cursor, and Codex are trademarks of their respective owners. You are responsible for using Perch in a way that complies with the terms of the accounts and services you connect through it.

Refunds

Perch comes with a free 3-day trial so you can fully evaluate it before paying. Because of that, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds. See the Refund Policy for details.
